Organic Polenta with Buckwheat by Govinda makes it easy to prepare a classic Italian side dish in just a few minutes. The balanced combination of pre-cooked maize (corn) meal and buckwheat gives it a savoury, mildly nutty note. As the maize is pre-cooked, preparation is quick without compromising on full flavour. A simple and versatile vegan side dish that pairs beautifully with a wide variety of dishes.
Use:
Ideal as a side dish with vegetables, stews and sauces, as sliced polenta for frying or baking, or for sweet dessert preparations with plant-based drinks and fruit.
Method of preparation:
Add the polenta mix in a slow drizzle into boiling salted water and simmer gently for around 3 minutes.
