Description

This delicious organic balsamic cream is made with concentrated grape must and white "condimento" derived from white wine vinegar. Cornflour provides a smooth and creamy consistency while natural lemon extract adds citrussy freshness. It has a subtle hint of turmeric and mild acidity.
It tastes particularly good with seafood and sales with bitter leafy greens. Also delicious as a topping on desserts and to season sauces.
