Description

Tempeh is a great alternative to meat or tofu and is made from soybeans that have been fermented with mould. The process gives the tempeh a nutty flavour. This tempeh is marinated with garlic and coriander that really complement its natural nutty notes.

Preparation:

  • Fry the tempeh (diced or cut into strips as desired) in a pan with a little oil. Fry over medium heat, turning regularly to ensure that the tempeh is crispy on all sides.
  • The garlic-coriander tempeh goes wonderfully with Asian or Indonesian stir-fries, with vegetables, salads, soups and stews. It's also a nice vegan dish for barbecues!
