A classic win from a top winery in Traisental. The grapes for this wine come from the best Traisental vineyards with different soil types and are certified organic. A very typical, easy to drink, young Riesling - sure to be an instant hit.
Very fruity on the nose, inviting vineyard peaches. Texture with finesse on the palate, delicate and playful. Dry with a fruity sweetness. Light with lively acidity. The juice of yellow tropical fruit lingers into the finish. It is fun to enjoy right away but can also be allowed to age for another 7 years.
Pairs well fish, shellfish and Asian cuisine.
