Description
A hearty flavour on the palate! This is the perfect seasoning for green salads, raw vegetables, chickpea and beef salad. Tastes intensely delicious with sheep cheese and is an exciting addition to alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
NON ESSIG is mainly used to season salads but can be used in many more ways. With reduced acetic acid, it creates space for lots of taste and culinary delights!
Tips:
- Shake well
- Use undiluted
- Spin the salads dry beforehand
- Whip up a frothy salad dressing (with a fork or a blender) toghether with some good oil, salt, possibly mustard and spices
